My mom and I both have numerous swig cups that we use frequently. After a while we saw the need for more than one! I've since ordered multiple and am very pleased. They clean easily and work great in keeping my coffee at the perfect temperature in the mornings!
I purchased a new tumbler, and when I went to wash it for the first time, I attempted to remove the slider from the lid according to the directions on the website, and sadly, the slider cracked. :( I filled out a warranty claim, and heard back the very next day that I was being sent a replacement lid, and it arrived within the week! This one came apart for cleaning as expected, and went back together afterwards just perfectly. I understand things happen, and I really appreciate a company who stands behind their product and has the customer service to back it up!

THE SWIG MUG AND LID KEEP THE COFFEE HOT AND ENJOYABLE FOR THE DURATION OF READING THROUGH MORNING EMAILS.
My daughter and I both use the large slider lids on our travel mugs. They do tend to get coffee or sticky coating in between slider and lid. Directions are to turn upside down and pop the pieces apart. That worked for one lid but the rubber piece detached on one of the lids making it unusable as far as keeping it from spilling. So we ordered several more lids to keep on hand to switch out quickly.
