Submit a Damage/Warranty Claim
Swig Life™ is committed to providing excellent quality and service. Your satisfaction is important to us as part of the Swig Life™ family. If something goes wrong with your Swig, we will do our best to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
Swig Life™ offers a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies strictly to the original owner of authentic Swig Life™ items purchased through www.swiglife.com or authorized retailers with proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is structurally altered, subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials, or is damaged as a result of normal use.
Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes dents and broken lids from dropping, blemishes on the exterior finish after prolonged use, theft or any other forms of misuse. Straws are not covered under our damage/warranty policy. Otherwise, if your defect is found to be a fault in manufacturing or a damage that occurred during transit, Swig Life™ will replace your product with the same or similar product, based on availability.
In order for your damage/warranty claim to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
• Your warranty claim must be submitted within 365 days of purchase from an authorized Swig Life™ retailer.
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
• You must provide a brief description and image of the manufacturing defect.
If you believe your Swig Life™ product is eligible for replacement, please complete the Damage/Warranty Claim submission form below. A customer experience representative will follow up with you during business hours, M-F from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
International customers: At this time, we are unable to accept international damage/warranty claims through the following submission form. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help regarding replacements. If you purchased your Swig through an international retailer, please contact that retailer directly about receiving a replacement.
