Amazing lids
Much needed since I broke my lid to my coffee cup.
I LOVE this mug as it keeps drinks hot for hours! However, the lid gets very grimy. On my second time cleaning using the instructions in the video on this site, the slider snapped in half. This has now happened with two of these 22 oz tumbler mugs! Very frustrating as mug is now unusable!
I received my new lid and love it! It’s so much easier to put on and take off than my other lid. I wouldn’t have a lid without a slider on it.
I like the security that this lid provides vs. the open, easy flow style lid, but I find it is hard to clean under the slider. For instance, if you add cinnamon powder or a foam to your beverage, the residue gets caught under the slider.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this review with us! Our slider lids are designed to close tightly to prevent as many spills as possible, but that can also cause them to retain liquid underneath the slider. For that very reason, the slider is designed to be removable for thorough cleaning. You can view our video tutorial on how to easily remove and replace the slider lid. I have added a link to this for you below.

Also, we recommend rinsing or dishwashing the lids immediately after each use, especially when drinking thicker beverages like smoothies, or darker beverages like coffee.
And of course, over time all lids should be replaced. You can purchase replacement lids, as needed, on our site.
