The actual glasses are brown not maroon like the website pictures show. When I asked to return the glasses, Customer Service still wanted me to pay to return them even though the color of the glasses are misrepresented. Do not trust the photos Swig posts on their website! Customer Service was not helpful or understanding whatsoever. They just want your money. So now I am out money to send back brown glasses!

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us regarding the finish and color of your Swig. While we do our best to match the image seen on screen, due to differences in calibrations for computers and monitors, there can be variations in colors seen online and what is received.

If you believe that this color is far from correct please feel free to email our customer service a photo of what was received and we would be happy to have our team review this for you!
