I was very disappointed in the mug. It was hard getting coffee to come out of, as the lead did not have an air vent hole. When I texted swig, they told me I could order another lid that is not spill proof and I probably wouldn’t have a problem with that one. I am not happy to have to pay another six dollars for another lid. I already was uneasy about paying $30 for the cup in the first place. I think they should have some kind of review as far as being unable to drink coffee from a travel mug, as most people are probably purchasing it for that reason.

18 Oz Travel Mug

I love this mug!! Just got the Howdy Holidays. The sale price can't be beat!!! This is the perfect size, shape and I love having a handle!! I have another pattern of this same mug that is my go to every day coffee cup!!!!

Beautiful Design but Poor Durability

I bought this item a few months ago. The print is very beautiful, but the mug handle peeled because it doesn’t have the same finish as the cup. At first, it kept my coffee hot for a long time, but now it doesn’t last even an hour.

Absolutely beautiful pattern but i dudnt give 4 stars because the lid is horrible. It gets some of what im drinking under the lid cap where you open and close it and it cant be removed to clean.. i worry about it growing mold under there.
Maybe rethink that design.
