I bought the coffee mug 18 oz. I love the mug & the option to close the lid to keep it from spilling when my dog knocks it over! However the lid gets very dirty & itโs impossible to get cleaned!!

Thank you so much for sharing this with us! I am so glad to see that you are enjoying your Swig but am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with cleaning its lid. Our slider lids are designed to close tightly to prevent as many spills as possible, but that can also cause them to retain liquid underneath the slider. For that very reason, the slider is designed to be removable for thorough cleaning. You can view our video tutorial on how to easily remove and replace the slider lid. I have added a link to this for you below. Also, we recommend rinsing or dishwashing the lids immediately after each use, especially when drinking thicker beverages like smoothies, or darker beverages like coffee.

And of course, over time all lids should be replaced. You can purchase replacement lids, as needed, on our site.

I had dropped and cracked my lid to my travel mug and was devastated. I use it daily. I bought the replacement lids and I'm enjoying my travel mug once once. Even bought a back up just in case I drop and crack it again. Lol. Its a perfect fit. No leaks.
I love that you can replace the lids if yours breaks.
Fits my 40 oz mug snuggly. Was a replacement for the original lid that was cracked upon receipt of order. Swig Life replaced it in a timely manner.
After about 7 months of drinking coffee from my two mugs, I needed replacement lids for the 20 oz cups. They fit perfect! Very happy these are available separate from the cups!
