Happy Halloween

I am enjoying both my new Halloween cups. I am very pleased that the lids fit snugly, but aren’t too difficult to open. The only thing I miss from previous years are ones that glow in the dark!

Love the decor on the cup, but it leaks like crazy out the side of the lid when I try to drink out of it. Sooooooo disappointed!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry you're unhappy with your purchase! Our Slider Lids and EZ Slider Lids are spill-resistant, but not leakproof. If your Swig is tipped over, tiny droplets of liquid may drip out between the slider and the lid, but the liquid should not flow out.

If the liquid is flowing out and your lid is within our 90-day limited accessory warranty, please submit a damage claim on our site, and we can get the review process started for you right away.
