Had it for 2 months and it won’t hold its ice or staying cold cold and leaking

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. It sounds like your Swig may have a defective vacuum seal. If the vacuum seal isn’t functioning properly, the cup may not retain temperature as expected. Since this defect is internal, it can't be visually detected and may occasionally pass through our quality control.

Signs of a damaged vacuum seal include your Swig producing condensation or "sweating," feeling hot or cold through the walls, or hearing a rattling sound inside. If you notice any of these issues and your Swig is still within our 365-day warranty, please submit a warranty claim on our site. Be sure to include details about the issue and the duration for which your Swig maintains temperature, and we’ll begin the review process promptly.
