I have mutiple of these bags and I love them always. One of the bags I ordered this time,the handles were not attached. They didn’t get sewn at the factory.

I love the fact that these were reasonable priced so that I could purchase them for the upcoming Christmas season. They will make wonderful gifts.

I made this purchase on 7/18 and it was delivered on 7/26. Great turnaround! However, I purchased some of the same items on 7/14 and have yet to receive them. Every day, it says to expect the order by 7/21 (which is long past) and that it's enroute. That's not acceptable. I have contacted Swig about it and was told, if there were no updates by today, a replacement order would be sent but, since I notified them today of the "new" update, I've not received a response.
