I love my mug as it keeps my tea hot for hours.
Love the way it looks but it doesnt keep the drinks cold. As soon as i put ice and water the ice is melted. Very disappointed

If the vacuum seal isn’t functioning properly, the cup may not retain temperature as expected. Since this defect is internal, it can't be visually detected and may occasionally pass through our quality control.

I absolutely love the 22 ounce cups but please please please make them all with larger plastic handle, they are so much easier to work with!
