If your Swig Life product is covered under warranty based on the information provided, please complete the submission form below. A customer support representative will follow up with you within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Swig Life offers a 365-day limited manufacturer warranty and a 90-day finish warranty for all drinkware, coolers, bags, lunch bags and drinking buddies. This warranty applies strictly to the original owner of authentic Swig Life items purchased through swiglife.com or authorized reseller/boutique with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for certain items and we reserve the right to request proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is intentionally altered in any way (such as etching, embroidery or vinyl stickers), subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials, or is damaged as a result of prolonged normal use.
For the damage or warranty claim process to move forward, the following conditions must be met:
1. Your claim must be for an authentic Swig Life product purchased via swiglife.com or another authorized Swig Life retailer.
a. Proof of purchase is not required to submit a claim for Swig Life Drinkware or Accessories, but we reserve the right to request it for certain situations.
b. We are unable to accept claims for Swig Life Coolers/Bags without a receipt or proof of purchase, even if received as a gift.
2. Your Swig Life item must have been purchased within the applicable warranty period: 365-day for manufacturer warranty, 90-day for finish or Accessories.
3. You must have used the product only as intended and according to the product's care instructions and the respective warranty conditions below. Care and use instructions can be found under the 'Description' section of your specific item on swiglife.com.
4. You must provide a brief description and clear image(s) of the actual Swig Life product in your possession showing the reason for claim. If a photo cannot be provided, the warranty claim cannot be reviewed.
Products included under warranty: All Swig Life drinkware, pitchers, bowls, coolers, bags, lunch bags, and drinking buddies purchased within the last 365-day (and accessories within the last 90-day) with proof of purchase from swiglife.com or from an authorized Swig Life reseller/boutique. If your claim is approved for replacement, the same product will be replaced based on stock availability. If your item was damaged during shipping from another authorized reseller/boutique, please contact the reseller/boutique directly. We only accept claims for items damaged during transit if purchased on swiglife.com.
Drinkware Warranty
What is covered:
- Defects in material and workmanship
- Qualifying finish defects up to 90-day after purchase
- Defective hot and/or cold retention
- Damage sustained during transit
- Items arriving incomplete when notified within 30-day of delivery
- Lids and coasters fall under the 90-day limited accessory warranty
What is not covered:
- Any product purchased with a 50%+ discount on swiglife.com or at a discount retailer
- Natural degradation of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
- Dented or broken products from being dropped or misused
- Scratches or abrasions from another surface
- Fading or peeling from general use or cleaning products
- Product that has been laser-etched or monogrammed by an authorized reseller or homemade

Coolers, Bags, and Lunch Bags Warranty
We are unable to accept claims for Swig Life Coolers/Bags without a receipt or proof of purchase, even if given as a gift.
What is covered:
- Defects in material and workmanship

Qualifying exterior defects up to 90-day after purchase
- Damage sustained during transit
- Boxxi 24 inserts and Boxxi Lunchbox inserts are covered under the 90-day limited accessory warranty
What is not covered:
- Any product purchased with a 50%+ discount on swiglife.com or at a discount retailer
- Reusable Bags
- Natural degradation of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
- Normal wear and tear such as cuts, punctures, tears, fraying, and blemishes
- Leaking from zipper on qualifying items
- Color fading caused by sun exposure
- Scratches or abrasions from another surface
- Product that has been monogrammed or embroidered in any fashion

Accessory Limited Warranty
Products included under warranty: Swig Life accessories (reusable bags, straws, toppers, lids, caps, bases, cocktail shaker lid, tea infuser, beverage coolies, plastic inserts, ice packs) purchased within the last 90-day with proof of purchase from swiglife.com or from an authorized Swig Life reseller/boutique. If your item was damaged during shipping from an authorized reseller/boutique, please contact the reseller/boutique directly. We only accept claims for items damaged during transit if purchased on swiglife.com.
What is covered:
- Defects in material and workmanship
- Qualifying finish defects up to 30-day after purchase
- Damage sustained during transit
What is not covered:
- Any product purchased with a 50%+ discount on swiglife.com or at a discount retailer
- Natural degradation or discoloration of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
- Broken or cracked accessories from being dropped or falling
- Scratches or abrasions from another surface
- Decorative tassels
- Loss, theft, natural disaster, or fire damage
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, we are unable to process Canadian, International or Non-Contiguous United States claims that were not placed directly on swiglife.com. If you purchased your Swig Life product through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly about a replacement.
