I am so impressed with Swig’s customer service. I received a faulty tumbler as a graduation gift and reached out to customer service. Within a week, a new one was on my doorstop and it works fantastic! Ice stays in my mug for the 24 hours as promised. I will be buying another one soon!

I ordered Georgia, received Florida and had to pay to return the mug I did not order in the first place. There is no way to speak to a representative either. I have purchased several Swig items and this event had just bothered me.
This tumbler is absolutely beautiful! The colors are so vibrant. I ended up buying two more in different sizes. Big shout out to customer service too. My first lid was loose and wouldn't stay on the tumbler. It arrived that way. They immediately replaced it and all is well.
I have loved all my swigs, and I like the design on this one a lot, but it immediately got scratched when I put it in the drink holder in my truck and has continued to scratch, which has not happened to any other of my swigs. :(
Keeps everything colder longer, the handle is great, especially for people with arthritis. Love the choice of colors.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. The color scheme is awesome. Keeps my rea cold all day. I also like the fact that the bottom part of the tumbler doesn't narrow down. And having a handle is a must for me.
I had wanted this when it first came out but didn’t pull the trigger, because I did not need another tumbler. But 1/2 off?!, Yes please!! It is so stinkin cute!! The light pink background is shimmery and I love a leopard print and these hearts are too cute! Comfort handle, and I love the rubber straw tip and how you can put lid on anyway you need it
These straws are great! I use them will all different cups and they always brighten my day!

Love my mug!! It’s working perfectly! I bought this one on sale to see if I wanted to buy a different color style that I really like at full price!! Definitely worth it!!
I have several of these tumblers, and I love them. However, on this particular one, the lid is SO tight it is very difficult to take off and on. I'm going to try a lid from another tumbler and see if it fits better. I'm not sure if it's the lid or the tumbler, but I sometimes avoid using this one because of the lid.
