My cup arrived broken. In order to return it, I have to pay the shipping...then pay shipping again to reorder. So I am just drinking from a broken cup now. Better customer service would be appreciated...especially since I have been a customer before. :( Disappointed.

I like the cherry cup & long heavy duty straw. As for the rubber blue bow that comes with the straw? Not a fan of it, i pitched it in the trash.

I’ve been using the regular Swigs for years and love them. This is my first time getting this plastic Tumblr and it is amazing. I do hand wash all my swigs so they last longer but this is a great cup for my breakfast protein coffee.
