Love the chicken design. The size is 4 more ounces bigger then what I was searching for. I'd love to see more 18 oz. cups to be available!!

Love SWIG travelmugs. It would be nice if 18oz., mugs were more available to purchase. They are the perfect size. The larger travel cups can be cumbersome to carry.
I love my mug as it keeps my tea hot for hours.
Love the way it looks but it doesnt keep the drinks cold. As soon as i put ice and water the ice is melted. Very disappointed

If the vacuum seal isn’t functioning properly, the cup may not retain temperature as expected.
