I ordered this to be shipped to my best friend. She loves Cardinals and since I won’t see her for a few more months, I wanted her to start enjoying it at the beginning of winter. I have the same size in a different pattern. I love it except for one thing. The lid is very hard for me to take off. Sometimes I have to have my husband take it off which is frustrating if he’s not around. I do have small hands and as I’m now in my seventies I don’t have as much strength in them as when I was younger. There is another print that I know my sister would love, but I’m certain she would not be able to get the lid off so I didn’t order it for her. There are other cute designs I would like to have, but unless the lids change, I won’t be ordering one. The cute designs and the way they keep my water nice and cold is great. I just wish the lid would work better.

I love the graphic design and size of the mug. However, the lid needs to be improved. Currently, there is no air vent to allow free flow of your beverage when you take a drink. You literally have to slurp/suck it out. I do not have this problem with my Swig party cup.
