SENIORS! DON'T BUY THIS LID if....!

I recently received my new 18oz Christmas Plaid cup! So pretty! It came with the new EZ slider lid...and unfortunately I am NOT not a fan. Although much easier than the normal slider lids to clean...it is VERY difficult to take this lid off the cup!! As a senior citizen experiencing declining hand strength and arthritis issues, this may end up being goodbye for me. Very frustrating to pay so much for a cup...and have to potentially buy a different lid than the one it comes with just to be able to use it. Please offer a choice at checkout regarding lid style... or is Swig planning to totally phase out the old style slider lids?!

Perfect upgrade!

We had an older lid model that was hard to clean. When my daughter dropped it on the floor and shattered it, I didn't hesitate to get a new one. Swiglife.com made it easy to match the exact lid we needed AND the new lid comes completely apart for easy cleaning!

Love the new lid. So easy to wash and keep clean. Love that the slider is easy to remove, clean, and replace.
The original lids were difficult to remove as I broke the sliders removing them
