Great!

This mug is perfect! It has a pattern I love, just right for the season. It keeps my drink cold and does not have a nasty taste some stainless steel mugs have. I like that the bottom is not slippery.

The lid is not great. after about half of the liquid is gone it doesn’t flow easily- you have to tip the mug way back and then it spills. It works great now that I’ve put one of my Yeti lids on it. Sadly Swig didn’t want to send me another type of lid without paying for it. I wanted to like them and order more because I love the designs but not for the lack of customer service and the issues with the lids.
