We are committed to making super cute drinkware that keeps your beverages extremely cold (or hot). We know sometimes things happen and we are here to help. Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be able to take a Swig for a long time! If anything is wrong with your Swig, we’ll do our best to replace the defective item in a timely manner.
All products manufactured by Swig are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 365 days after purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized Swig retailer is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the product is structurally altered, subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials used for manufacturing, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted including dents from dropping, scratches on painted finish after purchase, broken tops from dropping, rubber gaskets being removed, theft, or any other forms of misuse that do not adhere to care instructions. If purchased from a store, we please ask that you first contact the place of purchase to have your cup replaced. If purchased online, you may email us directly at the email listed below. If a defect is under warranty, Swig will replace the product with the same item for free after inspection. You may submit a warranty claim by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Swig reserves the right to request images of the defective product.
